Greets

Apple has several game freeze ups now. 4.4.39. I have not installed the .40 version. I won't until the update after this one. The gun sights and radar map on .39 are good. .40 they are not. Unless the glitch/freezes are fixed they will remain on the future updates.

1. Game freezes if you hit chat box. Pulls up the "report to moderator screen"

2. Game freezes at "retry screen" will not respawn. Will not chat. Total freeze up. It will return but takes a long wait.

3. Keyboard will not type correctly. It types a bunch of Xs and will not type some letters at all.

4. Game pulls up the auto destroy/quit screen when you hit the chat box or sometimes the in game stats. The autodestroy/quit screen stays on and will not go away. Even after a crash. You can type and chat but that's it. This one goes away if you wait a long time.

5. When you enter a tank a split screen, sterio vision thing pops up. This will not go away unless you exit the game.

6. Fuzzy radar map on .40

7. Fuzzy gunsight on .40

Most of these problems seem to be centered around the in game chat function in some way. One or several of these combined in every game. iPad 4 IOS 7. It seems to start out fine at times and get worse as a game goes along. Makes it very hard to play.

In some games, ive seen that the retry , quit , autodestroy etc buttons wont work. They just stick to the screen not willing to do anything.
I feel that they go on strike for a few games as we play too much dogfight !

Blue Max, all those troubles you found on which device? ipad 1?
I have an ipad 2 and ipad 4, i've spent the evening playing with them and aside from the fuzzy radar, i didn't get any of the other issues you mention
Mine are updated to ios 7.0.3

My problem out side of the fuzziness is the fact when i shoot some one at point blank no hits register. It cant be my aiming cause im dead on right behind the enemy! Help! Ipad mini!

grey, pick a location near you. That means there is lag, nothing else.

So does the new servers mean we can't fly as a squad in one server because there will be too much lag? We have guys all over the world and we like to play together.

I have all game graphics turned off. The only thing I turn on is machine gun sounds and air plane sounds. I reset the pad every time I finish using it. Some games will run just fine. I can type and play with no problems. Some games will glitch up like crazy. The pad isn't even a year old yet and was brand new when it was bought.

Have you had any one playing on an iPad Air yet? (iPad 5)

.40 update still has all the same glitches.

It takes a while to get them going but they are still there.

Just came out of a long game. Had the split screen for one drop out and the freeze where I can text but just have to sit and burn. Had to drop out that time too. I got back in the same game though both times.

Also when it starts the keyboard will not type a Z.

Another shameless bump to the top.

Had 2 different guys drop out if the same game last night with the sterio/split screen. I no longer get in a tank to avoid this.

I had two freeze ups in the game. Both at the retry screen. I waited them out.

I did notice that when it starts the throttle and radar map are transparent. If I see it I stay off the chat box.

Yeah I saw that and erased it. I must have touched the wrong thread when I was posting.
