How do I remove my account I have 2 on the same email address and I can't log in with my main user name 《wayne》??

In both. I have to log into the game with facebook but cant use facebook to log into forum. I dont know my password for my main in game name 《wayne》 when I ask for a reset sent to my email it sends a reset password to my other account wayne instead of 《wayne》.
