Hi, DF folks.
I just downloaded the latest release.
The game does not work anymore!
After the word "loading" comes the black screen and then crashes.
I tried to uninstall , and reinstall it but it did not do anything.
Help!

I'm still Rolling on 4.4.35 iOS gotta deal with mole tanks, but everything works nice.

Down loaded 4.4.40 on Galaxy S2. Do not have any control on chute or for walking to tank.

Same problem with my tablet 2. Game dont work anymore

I emailed Joaquin several hours ago alerting him to the problems I'd seen. At that time I was aware of dysfunctional chute and tank controls, and the "Play Again" option resulting in a black screen. I'm sure he's working as fast as he can to address these issues. Please keep posting details on any specific types of trouble you've encountered since yesterday's update. I'm sure these reports help to isolate what's wrong and get it corrected more promptly. Thanks gang.

Just the chute and walking controls dont work, everything else is ok. Ive tried on my htc one and galaxy tab.

Ok the new update seems to have fixed all the issues for me so in happy.

Nothing that hasn't already been mentioned I don't think. Google Nexus 7 tablet has never had any of the problems I kept hearing about - my only device that never acted up after any update until now. Now there's the parachute thing, mole tanks, the blank screen thing, disappearing planes on radar and line of sight, and keyboard won't backspace to fix typos on in game chat.
Maybe it's time to just leave a brilliant game as it is?

Though I should mention, with these problems frustrating me in to turning the game off, I finally got to bed on time instead of playing until 2:00am and getting up for work at 6:00am. I feel much better now

I am currently playing with a beta version.

I have no other update available in the play store.

Black screen on "play again". After several clean installs no joy. Eventually i downloaded the lite version from play (v39) and then v40 prepaid and now v40 now works. This worked on all my devices. I have the lite version which is now full and a separate v40 which works. It seems installing the lite version helps the full v40 work? Go figure.......

Same here. I have no control while in chute or soldier (I can't walk to the tank).

get the last one, it fixes all that

as for the "loading" crash on galaxy tabs and similar... that was actually good. It helped me reproduce the samsung crash 100% of the times, which means, now they can use that to fix it!

again, get update i sent yesterday, it fixes all parachute and black screen stuff

Should the release say 4.4.40? I just updated Android and Info shows.4.4.39.

Only had one game but apple seems good on my ipad so far. Game lags a bit when hangers are in view.

Windows 8 still SUCKS. Phantoms STILL.

Smoke is killing me, screen freezes when destroyed in a tank..more so when your in cockpit view and you can see fire. The plane is all over the place, very jumpy when you fly through smoke or over water. I have everything turned off including all sound...helps a little. My screen gets hot and controls stick...like the guns fire all by themselves...not good when you have a friendly taking off in front of you. Its hard to tell that the guns are firing when you take off with no sound and snow on the ground.
Samsung galaxy tab2....my screen use to get a little warm before, but not like this!! I hope this wont damage my device

Yep this is a bad update.(i am being polite)
It starts and tests device then i look and all gfx are on and it plays terrible.Too much judder to be enjoyable.So i turn everything off and it judders a little.if your hit trying to repair on the runway the smoke infront makes repairing go very slow i use the look around so i dont see my smoke.The chute aiming is alao to innacurate to use As is the tank.ive used apple i know how it should respond.Now since all the trees are back i get the worst thing of all THE @#@#@ QUIT BUG ffs it happens all the time i rarely make it across the map and never finish a game.Atleast 7 times every 30 minutes..Z you keep telling us the Nexus and Galaxy S are the problem so ive been playing other games to try to get it to quit.i can play for hours on Dead effect and Dead trigger 2 with all settings turned to max its sooo smooth responsive no hand ups with so much going on on screen i just wont quit on me.Gets bloody hot playin them too.

also, did you try changing the graphic settings? you can disable trees and explosions quality in there, it should help

Z, android play store gives me a 4.4.39 as the latest. Graphics controls are Clouds, Show Shadow, Detailed Terrain, and Detailed Explosion. Is this the right one?

I check for updates for apps a few times every day im a bit obsessive like that it is definitely the latest available.
I always have settings turned off.
It quits out constantly. sometimes i just manage to throttle up and it quits.
Like i said I've tried other games to try to get it to quit"Dead effect"and Dead trigger2"awsome graphics,also "real racing 3" all are set to maximum quality and thy run super smooth.i havent found anything yet out there to force a quit out.

I don't think you actually realise how many people are having problems but never post them.People online keep dropping out coming back in saying it quit or crashed they are not on the forum to speak out.Some of us post problems in squad pages which I don't expect that you will see.Here's your latest feedback on play store.
