My brother purchased some points to upgrade his plane. All of his points disappeared and now he is back to zero. Has that happens to anyone else?

It happened to me today... Thats 3 bucks gone down the drain and I emailed them so Im waiting for a reply

A pilot in my squadron {£}*Predator* has also not received either of his 2 points purchases.. despite the first one being approximately 1 month ago!
