Zuperman, I know your doing some testing on a new terrain engine but now we can't see or kill tanks. I'm bummed, I get some playing, finally, and now I can't stop tanks. They are under the ground. All I can see is the name of the player. Shoot and shoot but no kill el tanko. Am I doomed to be a forum ranger? Stuck here in the land of typing and not playing. Tanks are invisible to apple players now.

I haven't tried to kill a tank in the new version, but have you tried a bomb?

Yes, neither works. I think the problem is the diff terrain engines we are on now. One for android and one for apple.

Bombs no worky either. The subsurface tanks are protected by the dirt. It's like the movie "Tremors". Where Reba McIntyre when you need her?

They don't just burrow either... They FLY!!! I flew under a tank early.

Like I said on the other thread. The planes are underground too. AND they shoot through hamburger hill at the South base now. I'm moments away from pulling a pluribus....

Well no sense in putting in my two cents, you've covered what I was about to say. Thank you for assuring me I'm not completely crazy.

I can not confirm or deny any knowledge of mole tanks ....but this is very interesting I hope zup can fix this fast...but for the time being, I will be sure to pop my head out from time to time I wonder if windows 8 users can see my tank

Lmao Von were all crazy here bro. Some more the others. And some just loony as can be. The only thing i can think of thats wrong with the game is that, some lower planes fly faster with a bomb, then the SE5 or the Albatross with out a bomb. Dont like that one bit.

Ok, hold on one cotton pickin minute. I was just in a game with wig. And I watched a tank go under ground (kind of cool). But then when he got to my base, he was about 50ft. In the air. Just sitting there shooting my hangars. I could not shoot or bomb him. I'm at a loss for words, all I could do was watch my precious hangars and game go up in smoke (which will look much better when I get the new update on my IPad). Argh it's inconceivable. ( if you have seen the Princess Bride, I said that with a lisp)

Anyway, I've seen them porpoise-ing... Traveling under ground for a bit, then popping into view, then diving back under. I've also found a well placed bomb will take out a tunneling tank, for what it's worth ...

But alas! Same problem with galaxy note 2.

I play PC games since 1993. I am a gamer. Hard gamer. And I still play some gems like Alone in the Dark (the first one, 4 mb size). I still play The Lost Vikings. I still play several "poor-graphics" games. I am with you, Max.

I love this Dogfight game. And I believe that there are MANY others that share your opinion about graphics. I strongly believe that it's time to put effort on improving playability instead of graphics. The game is already beautifull the way it is since one, two months ago. Instead of graphics, we could have more missions, and some bug-fixes.

Its a text based game which requires 64 gb ram, 3 tb hard disk and worlds most powerful graphics engine !! Aka our brain and its imagination !!

When the Apple update showed up, I thought oh yeah no more mole tanks. WRONG. Still moling. Ggrrrrr.

I've noticed the mole tanks are visible at certain points. You have to hover around that point until they get there.

1. Really close to the German base. Over the last hill on the flat drive to the airport. Really close but defendable.

2. On german shore of lake. Right around the waters edge.

I haven't seen where they come above ground for the allied side yet. When i do I will post or some one else can add to the defense.

In a game the other day I wrote. MOLE STER. but together, everyone got a good laugh.

I see the problem. Zup changed the terrain slightly in recent updates, which Apple haven't got.

Once we all get the same terrain, it will be fixed

I've got latest update on Apple, but still dealing with those creepy Moles. Flying and moling, it unnatural I tell you.

Best to not let a chute hit the ground if you see a guy mole tanking. End them in the air.
