Not sure, I didn't select invite only, but you still get the option to approve or reject applications.

The invite option as I have come to pseudo understand it, please anyone feel free to correct this, add to it, edit it, re-edit it, I can not be held for the mis-information which may transpire after these non-sponsored words. So if you checked of the Invite Only Option when you created the Squad, it does not mean you send out an invite, it just means anyone attempting to join the squad has to be approved by the squad owner.

So, for instance if Mr. / Mrs. / Ms. General Jackson goes to squad button in the lower right hand corner, presses that, then scrolls to join CAC(Not Sure why he would want to do that, but hey, once crazy always crazy-shoot, did I say that out-loud ) he will have to wait for approval from the CAC Squad Owner. Once approved, he/she will have to go through some sort of ritualistic hazing that the squad owner has put in place.

That is my understanding If all else fails, get everyone's physical address and send them a card to please join squad. Hope this helps in some fashion.
