This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to figure it out. How do I remove topics from the "my topics" tab? I have hon through and unsubscrbed to some but they still remain, am I missing something? I am up to 12 and I could see it getting out of hand

I think "my Topics" are just threads that you have posted on.
As long as you unsubscribed, you shouldn't get any notifications.

Looked at mine, I have a lot more than 12 but I don't get hit with notification mails for most of them.

To unsubscribe go to your profile and click on the subscriptions button. Check the boxes and click on actions. Select unsubscribe and viola! You may need to do it several times to get to all of your subscriptions. If you dont want to subscribe to a therad when you post you must uncheck the subscription box just above the Submit button.

It would be nice if the default was to not subscribe.

I have un subscribed to the topics i wanted to no longer see, and I don't get notifications any longer i was just hoping to remove them completely i guess we can't
