On level four it offers me two planes, one says 'locked' and the other one won't let me select it

It isn't you: it's the Dogfight app. I'm having the same issue in the practice missions. Not only can I select neither airplane for practice missions 4 and higher, I have to shut down the app to get out of the practice missions.

I've been spending a lot of time in practice missions lately. There are so many problems in all other aspects of the application, (at least for myself, an Apple user), that playing in multiplayer is no fun at all.

rent there only three practice missions?????? what can one do in there, i would like to see more pracice missins, my dogfighting needs lots of work

8 I think. It seems to have reset my practice missions so can't be sure. I think the last one it is snowing in.
