For starters, the stall speed on these types of planes is roughly 48 knots. Well in the game it's set to around 75. Also, the planes capsize way too easily. The vortices being generated by the wings would prevent that from happening. I know this because I'm a pilot in real life. A few updates ago, this problem was virtually non-existent.

Please address these issues.

Not sure about vortices, but prop wash over the horizontal stabilizer usually is strong enough to keep a tail dragger from nosing over, IF there is some up-elevator applied. I think the problem is that when the plane is on the ground, the program doesn't factor-in elevator position.

But as others have posted, flying dynamics are top priority for realism, and I could easily see nosing-over as a low priority issue. Upon landing, just wait for slower ground speed before hitting the brakes.

Hey, variable brakes would be cool too, instead of binary. But again, where do we truly want Z to focus attention?

As for stall speed, even as a pilot myself (long ago), after flying this game a while I no longer watch the airspeed, except maybe approaching the carrier tunnel threshold for a double-check. Everything else is by feel, a real-pilot no-no, but a gaming must-do.

On top of all that, it's only a game, it's not real life and lets face it the games got problems and Zupermansdoing a bang up job keeping it going as is. So if your aware of these issuers then compensate for them your a pilot, right. Give ol Zup some time and he'll have it fixed up in no time. ;)
I could care....But I dont

Hi J MAN, you are correct however it's not just the landing physics but there are many other problems

I can't locate the rudder control,
I see no flaps
I can't find the trim tab
The stall warning horn is broken
There is no magnetic compass

The instrument panel is horrible, there is no vertical speed instrument, no artificial horizon which would certainly help when trying to fly high and its not even IFR rated. Lol lol

 @ J MAN

But my airplanes always stall at 40kts. I can fly any speed above 40. Perhaps its an issue of updates and your device or calibration.

@ Davy

If Z adds rudders and Flaps that will be enough for me. There are many manoeuvrings in dogfight that we cant do for lack of Rudders and Flaps. I'm cool with flying strictly VFR for the game and I guess I have learnt to adjust to the instrument panel we got.... all in the name of fun!

However, more will be better ;)

Wingtip vortices would keep the plane from capsizing? Im instrument rated and I have no idea where you got that. Have you ever flown a taildragger?

This sounds like confused student pilot talk.

My planes stall at 40 knots. Maybe they stall at 78 with a bomb on. I havent checked that out.

I recommend deleting and reinstalling if you have a high stall speed for some reason.

Im with Dave, compensate. Zup has enough to worry about, this is tiny potatoes.

If your planes stall speed is 75kts, What is the take-off speed?

Basically, it feels as though the landing wheels are only 2 inches apart. I didn't have this problem prior to the update that stopped allowing infantry on the carriers. All I'm saying is the landing physics need to be reset back to how they were.

Yes I've landed a tail dragger and no they're not that difficult.

Jman, are you on apple or android? What you described sounds a lot harder than what I'm faced with on android. And the 75 knots is puzzling.

Zup sent 4.4.28 to Apple, no telling how long they will take to get it in the store (it can take weeks and months). The newest android update got landings back to the way they were before.
