Along time ago, I changed my name from [e]Big C to something else, and then I changed it back, to [e]Big C, somehow through a glitch in the game. I had to restart all of my profile and I did and now the newer profile is better than the older one (by a lot), but after the reboot, it changed it back to my old profile. I realize this is probably only my problem, so it doesn't matter to me if you wait to fix it because other problems are more urgent. But, I would appreciate it if you made the profile my newer, better, one. Thank you.

It was my game profile. And I was 7 ranks higher and had better aircraft in my better one.

Gotcha. If you can't get into the game with that better user name / password, try again with the user name, and I think there's an option for I Forgot My Password that should send a password reset email to the registered email. I think.

It said my email was wrong, and now when I try to play a game with the old account, it says I should upgrade to remove ads (I upgraded a while ago), and on the home screen it has the options of upgrade and restore. This only started happening after I tried to log into the account.
This next question isn't meant to be offensive: are you a member of Echoboom Apps, or are you just a moderator, because depending on what happens, this might need to be fixed from the inside, and in that case we would need a person like Zupperman.

That was my next suggestion, email Zup, since it does seem like a problem that needs to be solved from the inside.

I'm just a game and forum mod, no access to accounts or anything like that. Although I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night I wanted to see if this could be solved outside of the user database first.

You might want to wait another day or two before emailing Z, he's still fixing some items from the migration and sounds a bit harried and buried.
