I would suggest an apologetic approach rather than indignation. Try to understand what happened and make sure it doesn't happen again and the moderators will work with you.

Hey parrot head...why should I try apologetic approach, for what..said nothing, offended nobody, I think I somebody got me confused with someone else!!!I am 47 years old..ain't got time for the BS..life is to short..it's only a game !!!
