As technical support for my squad I am trying to help with the following issue:

[M] Yorkie cannot change squads

When he tries it says name or password wrong. I tried to find him in the rankings but it doesn't come up so there is something wrong with his name maybe? Can anyone find Yorkie?

Oh and the email he says is for that account is connected to a different account.

New update he cannot get into the game anymore. I think the email he used is on both accounts and somehow the Yorkie account is gone.

The only thing I have access to is the mod panel, which is sometimes helpful because it can respond to wildcard searches / partial names. Searching for yorkie comes up with one game name:
Top # Name Game Rank # of kills # hangars bombed # of deads # crashed Won Games
#894 [M] Yorkie Air Commodore I (15) 1611 54 1799 708 280

But searching for [M] Yorkie on the top players listing (needs exact match) turns up nothing. If memory serves, Misfit Ghost had the same problem a couple weeks ago. What'd he do to get it resolved?

Ghost was able to change his name. It then showed up on Top players listing.

I was having issues logging in on a new iOS device when it reported my subscription had expired.

In my attempt to find answers on the forum I tried to login using my known email and password linked to in-game name Whiskey.

There was an error: not a valid email address.

I created a forum account using my in-game name and was able to access the forum. However, in the process I was playing with the in-game name change tool and seem to have lost access to the name Whiskey and associated rank.

Can anyone advise how to recover?

Is there a way to determine what email address is associated with a name in-game?

Hi Whiskey Email Z at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . He can look up the proper email for that game name. Be patient he usually is quick but it may take a day or two.
Have you tried using all of your available email accounts? Try again today. I have had it not work one day and work the next?

I have a friend who can't log into the forum .
It keeps saying he has the wrong name etc....
What should I tell him that will help?
How can he reset it?
