I changed my name about two monthes ago from sonicboomgirl to sonicmisfitgirl but the only problem is I can't change it to anything else plus its missing the l at the end of it its really annoying so zuperman if you read this please help me thanks.

Sonic, I'm facepalming right now. Are you getting an error message from the name change tool, or is it telling you "successful" but it's not changed, or... anyway please be specific so we can help you!

Ok, assuming it's saying name or password are wrong, try resetting your game password. When logging in to game, if you don't have the login set to remember, you'll get a Forgot Password reset button that should email a new one to your entered email. If you do have it on remember, clear the app data cache, and I think you'll get the reset password option when you login next (or in the worst case, delete the app and reload it from the store, in android terms), and enter email and reset password.

Then try that new password in the name change tool.

how do you get it off of remember me mode?

Yeah you might have to delete the app and reinstall. But try going into (android that is) settings, apps, dogfight, clear data, and then launch the app. It should ask for an email and password (with Remember unchecked on this first launch) when you go into multiplayer.

But then won't I have to buy it again?

Apple or Android? On android, definitely won't have to pay again (I've reinstalled a lot; you uninstall, and then install the free app, use your email that has been working before -- if you are nervous don't do it!). Can't say for certain about Apple since I've not used that.

I've got the same problem.

Kindle fire, Samsung phone or Windows xp

I think the problem was that I was signed in with facebook, paid by amazon and was on the forum with email.

Now I'm starting over as an aspirant on a new account but I have full access to the tools and can join or change.
