Try to restart your device first.
Most people forget to do it. Sort of like defraging a computer.

Try downloading the app if you haven't done so in the last 2 days (and it shows Update in the store). Zup is trying out a samsung fix that might help Quit problems. Don't know if it helps other phones.

Do what Paul says. It happened to me. So I rebooted my phone. Everything works fine now. Good luck.
