Hi updated today , played a few games , lost connection now I cannot login to the game , doesn't recognise my login details yet I can login to the forum with the same details . Never had an issue with login to the game before it's usually automatic now it want email details. Any help would be appreciated thanks !

I have not been able to login for days. I have been sent 4 new passwords and none of them work. The owners of this app are "running for he hills with the cash" leaving us all empty handed.

Guys I've had the same problem when I 1st started the game, somewhere your doing something wrong I now use a iPad and smart(stupid)phone and both work fine, just keep working at it and take a 2nd look at how your loging in.

I was able to login after posting this yesterday I found if I unchecked the remember me box it let me login !

You guys need to get rid of the login at the beginning of the game very annoying ! Loose connection -login , finish game -login again before you play !

Actually it asked me for my email (usually signaling that the server won't let me in regardless), but when I entered it, I got in. Now it's not asking anymore.

Now I am putting that I can't remember pass word says password sent to e mail but there is nothing there wtf. Haven't been like this in long time I am Jonzen.

Have you checked the spam box.Thats where mine was

I've had nothing but trouble since the update! It starts off fine but by the end of the game I have to turn the pad upside down to take off!

Then when I select play again, it freezes on the black screen saying that it's loading the game.

And for the umpteenth time, when am I gonna get the confirmation message for my account? I had to create this account in its place. I checked the spam folder and it's not there. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I have had a completley different problem since the update (on Android). On my phone the home screen flashes multicolours and there is no background on home screen. I can press buttons and can still log on but, the flashing is annoying especially when the game is unpacking

I thought this was dogfight support? 3 days and 12hrs since I posted the first question on this thread and still no reply or help from anyone that's not having issues them selfs . Seems everyone has problems with the update yet still no support or explanation from the game makers! Also game lag is worse than ever ,and the tilt/ level settings seem to adjust themselves during the corse of the game. I do love the game and was hanging out for this update hopeing it would solve my connection issues , it didn't ! The only positive I got from the update was smoother flight when banking . When will these issues be resolved ? Hopefully before you receive bad ratings at the App Store !

Don't get your expectations too high. How many games do you know where you can get instant feedback from the developers?

I must say the issues I have had with the login have been resolved I now can login as usual without needing my username and password every game I still get connection issues but I've learnt to live with that!
