I'm trying to log in all day but cannot, does anyone know why, is there a problem with the server?

I am using a new ipad, it was working fine. Now when I try to log in it says " logging in" and then after a couple of minutes it will say " failed to connect to server " yesterday was fine and it would not let me in this morning and still won't. I thought maybe it was on your side. I do have a good Internet connection. I sure miss not being able to play today. Please help.

Hey guys!! I was trying to log in with kindle fire... and no dice. Tried re-installing.. and the same results. Game starts to load, but takes a quick U-EEEEE back to apps icon list. Hmmm, not sure. Do you guys get same? ThnX for da input.

My hands are shaking because I want to play lol. My wife is gone for the day and not here to yell at me for being on the ipad and now I can't even get on, boy life is cruel. Lol lol

I would imagine that if there's any time the servers might get overloaded, it's on weekends. Yeah just when we finally get an opportunity to play! Oh well, Zup knows when the servers do that; I think they send him automatic emails.

Davy I also play on ipad and it does this time to time I find that i can cut the ipad off top button and reboot , most of the time this will fix my problem . Hope this helps.

There is no fucking support for this APP. I have had a new password sent to me twice and neither one works. How can they send me a new password and then when I try to login I am refused because "the password is not valid"????????? Whay string me along by sending a password that does not work? Why not give the users a message when there are problems with the server? Why no support avenue? Why, Why Why. I am getting a refund, on principle alone, the money is miniscule.

Try to uninstall then reinstall and use the most recent password youve been given(6 digit number).

If it doesnt work try to email the dev.He will definatley reply as long as you keep it a bit nicer than your post above.

I,m just looking for miniscule amount of customer service for a product that I PAID for.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, installed on other devices, NOTHING WORKS, so stop pretending the problem is on my end.
