I'm now level 10, how long does it take to reach level 11 and how do you grow in rank.

And about how to grow in rank, besides playing a lot, and don't quiting games only because you are outnumbered: don't be upset about being shot down dozens of times, and everytime someone brings your plane down, use parachute (if you hit "retry" button everytime you are destroyed, you lose points - I only learned this after looooong time playing... A waste of time and bandwidth...)

Davy, as Bomer and Pedro said, points are indicated over your chat box in-game. And yes you gain points for killing other planes/tanks/soldiers. You also get points for every hangar/carrier you bomb. I believe you also get points for capturing carriers and I know you get points for shooting the Zep. You are also awarded points at the conclusion of a winning game.

Pedro mentioned it but I'll elaborate. When you are shot down, you loose points that you just earned on that run. However, if you successfully parachute to the ground the points are restored and locked in. You can't loose them again. Also if you have a successful run and land on a friendly carrier or base your points are also locked in and cannot be lost. If you are concerned about points, make sure you chute when you're shot.

Hmm. Ive lost quite a few points then in my short time. The only reason I have ever parachuted is if im close enough to want to use the tank. I dont know if I want to switch that up or not. If your to high you could lose valuable time on defence if needed. That sure is something to think about though.
