I bought the 4.99 sub. and when I cleared data on accident I lost all my stats, stats etc. Luckily, my backup system restored my planes and balance, but it says that I need to upgrade.
Email I sent to Amazon: Hello. I purchased the full version just recently, and at about 3-5 today I was going through my routine storage check and noticed that it had cached data, which is virtually useless. The accident occurred when instead of hitting 'clear cache' I hit 'clear data'. I had backups on, and it only restored my current planes and balance. When I went into the app, there is a ribbon on the right hand side that says 'Upgrade/Restore'. When I clicked it, I got redirected to the subscription page. If possible, I would like you guys to fully restore my full version purchase. Thank you ahead of time.
The returned email said to contact support. So, I guess I'm hoping that u guys can restore my access. TY ahead of time.
