I won't make too many friends saying this, but Cuban reformed himself a long time ago... If you are going to ban a guy, do it at the time (or near) of the offense. He has been nothing but a good player as long as I have been here. A little mouthy, yes, but certainly not anymore than a lot of folks. I think banning him now that he has a high rank, and is respectable... And has apologized to many (b4 all of this) is ridiculous.

It also takes a lot of gall to apologize publicly while privately you threaten to sue the game maker!

I will confer with the moderators. In the meantime, I suggest that you refrain from your bipolar behavior.

When you hurt a guys pride like that, he's likely to say anything. I imagine he just wants his game back. How about putting it to the "sexy girl that wants to know if you have ever touched a girl. Oh and I'm 13" players, and leave Cuban alone.

You want us to ban closer to real time, yet you want 100% coverage. Even with our healthy group of mods, it's impossible to get everyone. Like I said, for the moment, I want to see the players in action and understand the context. If we start acting/banning based purely on third party reports, we'll have a LOT more problems with having to reverse bans (and the associated extended conversations to arrive there).

No, I don't want 100% coverage. I'm perfectly happy to shoot the crap out of the teamkillers and general jerks. For most offenses, ban them for a day or week or something... As a general rule, you guys do a good job... But this deal with Cuban doesn't sit we'll with me.

Dude, I'll say my piece. If this is a dictatorship, then it's not for me anyway. (Aka its just a freaking game). But, you've been drug through the mud and you have repented. That should be enough. Yea, in this game, or life in general, you should control what you say and do... Hopefully this whole experience helped you understand that...

But... This game obviously means a lot to you, and you stopped with the BS a long time ago. There is no reason to come back now a couple of months later and screw up your whole deal here.

If they ban me for being honest, maybe they will send me my 11 bucks or whatever I have invested in this back... If not, we'll, I've lost a whole lot more foing a whole lot less.

Cubanoloco91, your playing privileges are restored. Thank you for apologizing. I hope you remember the outrageous things you said and the actions you took. It is very disruptive to play with someone acting that way, and it makes people leave the game community. The support you have received from other players in this thread and in other messages do show us that you have changed your ways and that the past behaviors are long gone.

As for recent messages, idle threats are no way to solve a problem. We are choosing to ignore those comments.

Thanks to everyone for chiming in, publicly and privately. Jack, as Legend said, no one gets banned for expressing their thoughts, just for being abusive to others. For as many players who supported cuban, there were just as many who complained. The recent and credible support makes it good however.

Jacklpe, u don't know the whole truth. So before starting an argument u should learn what happened. manfred issued the ban months ago it just didn't work back then so now that it works he got banned.

2nd i do agree with u that cubanoloco should be unbanned, i use to hate him because he team killed so much but he has reformed.

And 3rd all mods are doing their best to get the trash out of the game, they do a pretty good job too. So give them a little break. They are fair and do not abuse power, they won't ban u for standing up for cubano, so stop saying that u can ban me if u want blah blah blah.

I said the you can ban me thing at the beginning, and the reply was positive. The second time was only a response to Cuban's post. As for the whole story, I've read page 41. At or near that time, if he was given the boot, you wouldn't hear a peep from me... But now, as he has reformed and made apologies, I didn't think it was right.

I am with you that the mods do a great job... But if I see what I believe to be a mistake, I'll chime in.

As for Cuban making idle threats privately... Dude... Don't do that.. It doesn't help anything to go off half cocked like that.

What I am about to write is fiction. Any similarities to actual events is purely coincidental.

If I had access to some of the most classified personnel records out there I would:

A: Never ever share the fact that I had access to that information, except with those who had the same credentials as I.

B: I would realize that sharing my ability to access such information would make me a valuable person to locate.
Many organizations, and even some governments would pay dearly to be able to use my abilities to help them learn new
things.

C: I would realize that in purchasing this game (most likely with a credit card), providing an email address, and then utilizing
the chat forum would present one that really wanted to identify and locate me several clues to do so.

D: After all of this, I would CERTAINLY NEVER discuss who or what might be contained in this information in an online and
public setting.

E: If all of this did not stop me, I would realize that other fellow players might either have similar information, or have family
members, friends, etc that do. I would hate to think what could happen to me if others that knew how to report and deal
with those who shared these things with people, and in places, where they were not allowed to.

But, as that's just pure fiction, I really wouldn't know anything about it. I think I've been watching too many movies lately.
