i think it is a different password for the game i had these problems
what it did was forgot password for game
you have to uninstall and reinstall when asked for pass word say forgot you will be sent a new one it is normally numbers.
iam sure others will help i might have it wrong or they might be another way to do it

thanks ktheo, no in the ipad when i put a password in the field and then tabbed to the repeat password the first one would disappear. you have to type it in and hit the return button to lock it on place. i am old...technology baffles me sometimes...lol
