Let's try to give Z some specifics on this bug. That way, he can fix it and I won't have to throw my phone across the room like I just did (hit a soft chair, thank goodness). This bug sucks, and I would stop playing to wait for a solution... except that I am addicted so I can't do that

TMobile Galaxy S3

Faster quits (1 minute or less) with no stay-awake apps. Dies in about 2-8 minutes with Screeble *and* Caffeine running (either alone is just as bad as nobstay-awake apps).

4.4.18 seemed to make the quit problem just go to dogfight home screen. But after a day running 4.4.18, it's back to simply quitting to android home screen.

I have not had the Connection failure cited by others. Just lots of quits.

Please post ONLY productive information that can help with diagnosis. Emotion is fine, but only if followed by usage description, hardware specs, and software versions.

The game just quits. Freeze's up most of the time so that I have to pull the battery. Now the control's and graphics keep resetting. I haven't made it through a full game in quite some time.
I've tried uninstalling, emptying cache, deleted many thing's on phone for more ram.
I'm on an older Droid Incredible (over 3 yrs old). I'm too cheap to get a new phone.

Frequent "connection lost" occasionally preceded by midgame vanishing of players.

One time, all players vanished then the names of players, in succession, were displayed as having "left the game." This was eventually followed by "connection lost." It was like watching a DF version of "Ten Little Indians"

Thanks guys. I was also hoping for something like Dogfight version (tap Info on the screen that allows selection of multiplayer), and OS version (in Settings for android anyway). Any other apps running in background? Does changing stay-awake timing help/hurt? Quits to OS homescreen, or to Dogfight homescreen? Can't think of anything else, but that's the general idea. I'm trying to think like a developer... which I'm not

Game freezes and shuts down every 3-4 game, still have connection problems every now and then, it goes to home screen sometimes. Also there are no bullet holes, i like having bullet holes.

Game freezes and goes back to home screen every 5min, and the graphic s are all messed up, it looks all glitchy and stuff. The plane is like half invisible and half visible.

Manfred, clearing ram and closing other applications hepls alittle. But the stay wake thing doesnt do anything.

iPad 2 wifi
Game goes on fine for five to ten minutes then planes disappear for about two minutes and don't come back. Then shortly after that the connection lost screen pops up.

Nexus 7 - 4.21

Sudden exit to home screen - game no longer running, not on stack, have to restart. Doesn't happen every time. Also some lost connections and disappearing planes (all) - then one game they came back. I always close down all before running DF. The program exits never happened before - only with the new update, starting with 4.18.

Side note: I do WiFi network scans and if too many on same RF channel I pull modem plug and let it find more open channel - seems to help a little with blips and burps. Most do not realize that their channel may be shared by many others and this can cause issues in connection - I see upwards of 12+ systems on the WiFi scan, I live in a condo - sometimes 5 or 6 on same channel.

I did use the game recently on a poor connection in local cafe, curious in that I did much better both in not getting hit and also kills. Seems like lag on your end is an advantage

Was just in a game and got kicked. I tried to get back in, but it said account not found. I typed my email and password and all it says is, account not found...lol...no biggy, Im sure it will be fixed...

Hello General, same here...I finally got in by getting to the I have an account screen and retyping all the info again.....I had to do this a few time's and it finally worked....give it a try...

Thanks dent!!!....I tried it about a zillion times (i even counted)......lolol....I will wait awhile...Its no big deal..It will get fixed...

I restarted the phone and reinstalled the app and it workrd fine
