I have recently joined a squadron and have tried many many times to change my name without success, I follow the requirements and still can't do it.
It all ways says name does not match or email does not match, but I know it's right, can someone guide me?

One of our team members was having the same problem, Kevy from 111th left this responded and it seemed to help, I cut and pasted here:

Hi guys, Ace you have to use the password you used to log into game. Not forum password but the first one you used to create account. Hope that helps. If you delete game and reinstall there is a forgot password option. Make sure your using the right e-mail first.
