Just updated and i cant get the games to start.
Screen has gone all dark.has trial version at the bottom left.after guessing what plane youve picked the game attempts to start,screen still dark and then force closes.
These updates just get better each time

Same exact problem here. I have a Droid bionic phone from Motorola with Verizon if anyone is having the same problem. Help!!

Atleast im not the only one.

Also on launch the echoboom ad that usually melts your retiners is only faint in the background.
Trying to scroll the licence agreement is a challenge in itself.very unstable and slow response to touch screen.

My daughter also plays Dogfight, she has an Ipod but no problems, it appears the updates affect different devices but not all of them, not sure why that is or how that works. I hope someone from the Admin. is watching and tries to fix the glitch.

Apple hardly ever get updated.Two of my mates use iphone and ipad rarely get updates.when i tell them ive had 6 in less than two weeks theyre shocked.there are just so many different droids out there a glitch in an update is inevitable.
Sure itll be fixed soon.

This is the first time I've had this problem, it appears you've been around here for a while and this isn't the first time. So I guess we will wait patiently until it's fixed. I haven't tried my wife's Kindle or her Galaxy phone yet, but that will be next on my list if I start getting withdrawels too bad....lol

Annie's not having issues because she's using an Appel product. Appel workers don't ever get off their lazy asses, and their "Review" process takes months for small apps like Dogfight. Android lets anything get into the market, so you guys get updates before us. You and the Kindle users are the guinea pigs.

Hey Calvin, thanks. I guess someone will pick up on this thread and try a fix. Just a curiousity question, how many players can play at one time or how many players can the server handle before it gets full, have any idea?

Yeah i have never had glitches with the apple network its mostly the andriod :/

I'd still rather have a Droid. A few of us remember "The Update", right? The update containing Kevin's Bridge and the trees that Droid got before Thanksgiving, and we got in February? Pissed us all off....

I've got no idea, Alt. 8 players before a game is full, if that's what you meant. If you meant how many games can all the servers as a whole handle, then I don't know. Slender doesn't know either.

I'm having the same issue with v 4.4.17 on my HTC Incredible 2. Game is dark for the 5 seconds before it closes, and says "trial version" in the lower right side.

Weird, I just loaded 4.4.17 a couple days ago, working ok on my Samsung Galaxy S3.

It seems my little plan is working.

I slipped Z some money to roll out a bad update to get some of the best pilots out of the game for a bit. Now it's my time to raise in the rankings! Muh ha ha ha!

But seriously...this stinks...I held off on the latest update and now I'm glad I did. Thanks to you guys for posting and warning us!!!!!

i also have a droid bionic and pretty much same thing is happening to me and cant play..but main reason for my reply on this is seen u hav the bionic...are you able to chat in the game cause for a really long time i havnt been able to chat in game ever since i got my bionic

Backwood, I can't chat either. I have tried downloading new key boards etc. to no avail. I have read where oth.er bionic users have the same problem. I think I read somewhere that the software may not be compatible with the phone. It's aggravating at times but I will be checking compatability on the next phone.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall dogfight again tonight....still no luck with a game fix.

Well 3 days waiting for an update fix.i can now get a game but its realy glitchy and dropping a bomb sometimes force closes.
Very dissapointing.Every update since the introduction of the fokker Elll nearly a year ago has become less stable.
You know the old saying if something aint broke dont fix it.

Also wots with the auto start up?A game does NOT need to be running in the background.It only hinders a device by taking up unecessary ram.

Game received an update today. Still reads 4.4.17, BUT IT WORKS NOW!! Thanks for the fix.

Come on someone help, I've been very patient, and have heard nothing as of yet about this troublesome update. Its killing my, to enter a game being shot by one bullet, or the screen freezes then goes into restart mode. Just a moment ago it it restarted I came back in as an aspirant with zero points or planes. I was shocked, cut out of the run, restarted my self and was back with my loaded arsenal. But these just out of no where freezes an easy kills, well, I just hope the solution comes quickly, I miss the level of fields....help help im stuck in the snow, where's joe Isuzu when u need him...lol

this is why I always wait to update my game incase there are problems then update then get the fix

Hi all, I'm in the game êås_____ _____ (Enzo). I'm reading and truth DxP're right my friend. What's going on with the technical support of DOGFIGHT ...? Not one response so far at least on this topic, which was opened by Jaff.
Personally, it is now practically imposoble chat, the game is labeled and I am constantly in contact with drivers who can not enter the game ...! Until conosco cases that have paid the game 2 times and there is no solution ...
What's going on ...??? SOMEBODY PLEASE ANSWER .... NOW!
