Hi been trying to get on with new device but forgotten password. I put in my email and it tells me a new password has been sent but i am recieving nothing in mail so now i can't get on with any device!!

Check your spam box and any other place it may have gone to.
It will be 6 numbers. Write it down and save the message for later.

I am not much of a new player, Ha! If anyone could give me some advice on this one, it would help out alot. As most of us know the top players are some of the largest promoters of this game. To get to the point, I finally had my nephews mom buy the game so we could play. He damaged his apple phone and is now trying to play on Kindle Fire. Problem. He forgot what email he used and no clue what his password was. Hunt4400 was his player name. Trust me if he wasnt so young I would laugh and tell him sucks for you! Does anyone have any ideas on how to retrieve either or? Without knowing one or the other? Thanks for any help. -WHITENOW-
