I finished a game last night, took a short break, and came back to log on and get a 'you have been banned and reported. 5 minutes' message.

Firstly, I don't know why I got this (I've searched the Blacklist and the rest of the Forum for any comments/complaints about me, but found none), and

secondly, the 5 minute ban is now going on about ..... 8 hours!

How can I find out if there is a legitimate complaint about my play, or a glitch, and how can I correct this?

Warpig, got a hunch it was bluepig who I'm sure was banned but if I'm wrong, sorry.

Had multiple shots at Wig B, and took him down (blue on blue) then when B returned the favour he got rather abusive....

I believe there is a teamkilling complaint in the moderator forum. Hang tight, I'm sure the mod who banned you will reply soon.

Just finished four or five games with team killers Dayda, hardyyshowz, the hole time team killing! I haven't seen it done this blatantly before. These two flyers need band#!!!#
My in game witnessess oneball, bolas, diby, ub. seen this go on for more than one game.

Liverpoolguy98 put him on the watch list as team killer. He shot me on carrier in CTC game just before this shot. I lost conn. It was fixin to get interesting for him.

Thanks bean. Evidently, it takes some lag time for data from the web interface to hit the server. It took a heck of a time just for the web interface to acknowledge the command.

Geez bad day for some today... Good work moderators...

Moldycheese is back. Potty mouth and no problem teamkilling. Whosethisguy and dixieconfederate were there. He started off cussing, left them game after getting his backside handed to him and came back blue. Declared he was now on the same team but was going to kill us anyway. Whose and I told him to try it and I warned I had screenshots and would report. He flipped around and started firing at whose. So, I took him out and the game ended seconds later.

I'll upload photos to photobucket and PM a link to any mod that wishes to see em. Thanks

Not denying you had problems with him budgie but just had him in a game (must have before your one) and he was behaving fine, albeit got shot down a few times by opposition quite quickly and left but NO bad language.......

Had a guy bomb our own hangers earlier, I asked him why and he didnt reply, shot him down and repeated my question, only to be told, he wasnt sure where he was so bombed them anyway......CLAIMED TO BE STONED

I think his animosity was directed at Whosethisguy, as he had inquired about Moldy's recent tank spawnkilling. I don't care... You play nice or leave. You teamkill or attempt to do so and I will kill you back. If you're angry or don't like someone, show it with your skill or leave.

Eh, that's a shame. I played him a couple weeks ago and he was fine. But the idea isn't to avoid abusing other players "most of the time." The rest of us manage to have fun playing and treat people right "all of the time." It's just good manners, not to mention the rules we all accepted when we bought the game. Moldycheese is banned for 2 days, let's see if he comes around.

Thats how we do it!!!!!! I don't mind reporting but handling it myself is so much more fun.

Wow they're out in force. This one I don't get. Been in many many games with him and I've never seen this. XxplaystationxX apparently rage quit after I bombed a couple hangars and buzzed his base taking him out a time or two. I say he quit because he left, came back, left and came back again. I took him down once more or twice more, all of which were after he was up and turning and had two other reds, black flag and green machine, chasing me. Black flag took me down. I respawned and see " hangar bombed by xxplaysttionxx" & "xxplaysttionxx brought down by xxplaysttionxx". I was at my base so knew it was his own hangar, but asked "own hangar?" Then "hangar bombed by xxplaysttionxx" twice and the message that he was banned for 5 minutes. Messed up a really good game. Screen shot below, but I just missed the "traitor" message.

XxplaystationxX received a one day ban last week for the same stuff. *Sigh* let's try 2 days this time.

Hey... Want some good news? Ran into ridgedog as sniper such and such, he made one off comment. I told him he was working on a ban and clean it up. He replied with an ok and an apology.

Haven't gotten any response (except yours) so far, but I am very interested in finding out if there was a complaint. I am not a 'team killer', but did get fed up with Jay Flows doing it in a game on that day and after a short discussion which went no where with him shot him down 2 times, then he left without further interrupting the game (main goal achieved).

So I am curios if he made a complaint, or if someone else just saw my shooting but not the actions/discussioon beforehand, or if it involves someone else altogether, in which case I just want to apologize (I do this in the game also, but maybe he missed it) and keep it friendly.

As much as there are some team killing problems, and in this thread one could think it was a huge problem, I must say that a big part of what I like about DF is the friendliness, curtousy, and correctness of really the vast majority of the players. It is a great game with a great community, and I hope we can keep it that way.

Hey baronvonsalzburg, I was flying under a different name and saw you team killing. There was one red and seven blue. Ask you to stop but you did it again. Then game was over. It could've been in retaliation to another game. I sent you a p.m. Did you not get it?

Whats the deal with then team killing and trash talking lately????? it seems to be all the newer players but not always.... anyway there are to more idiots that are going at it and don't believe that being band is a real consequence for muffin up games. i think for me its that blatant disregard for fair-play and the arrogance that they can do as they please "to heel with you" syndrome that chaps me so.

fcsorriso shot me down twice and tried many more time, he was warned many times and after i shot his sorry butt down he returned to the base in a tank and ended the game by blowing up the remaining hanger!!! his loyal side kick is Howard Hughes kept egging him on and and telling him he couldn't get band "you can play how you want know one has the authority to ban any one" anyway I'm getting tired of these idiot seems like every day this is going on lately...

Another flying turd that can't act like hes got any sense. SLKJEO3. Cussing after requested to stop. Follow several of us thru several games. When he wasn't running his mouth he sat on the runway crashing his teammates even after asked to move. Just sat there saying "kill me". Over and over. He didnt believe anything could be done. Said he could say what he wanted "I'm 18". Whata turd. Normally I would just suggest a mute, but I think this dude needs a short break and muted after. Just my opinion.
