Regarding russl22 / balu59 / transporter:

He and I have been exchanging PM's. Here's the jist of it:

All of his accounts are banned for 48 hours, for teamkilling, bombing his own team's hangars, and using abusive language in-game, as documented by numerous complaints and screenshots from other players. He has accepted this consequence. I've invited him back to play at the end of this 48 hours.

His forum account remains, and another mod has deleted the recent threads. I've asked russl22 to not use foul language in the forum.

If some (or many) of you believe he is behaving like a bad sport, consider that being a bad sport is not a crime. Give a little room for freedom of expression. Hear the words, figure out the meaning (yeah, I should talk, huh?). Respond courteously, with explanations. If someone doesn't get it and keeps on flaming, a moderator will step in. But don't start flaming yourselves -- it makes it difficult to discern who is creating the problem.

I've also PM'd Blue Max - while you are correct about the behavior, it's not helping matters to incite someone on the forum. Report stuff in the Blacklist thread, and we'll try to take care of the rest (we're not perfect, but we're trying). Everyone JUST CHILL.

Oh, and since the moderators are basically allowing for a fresh start here, we encourage all of you to do the same. (i.e., don't gang up in-game.)

Hopefully this works. You all know what my tendency is in situations like this, but cooler heads will prevail. We'll see in 48 hours.

I dont think he is being a bad sport except for the team killing, bombing own bases and using foul language. He is being a good sport other than that. I dont mind giving second chances but can some one plz tell him that i am not a mod or a hacker. He is pissing me off

I hardly post on here, but was just in a game with a player named Frostbitten. It was a btb game, and there were six of us blues to their two reds - not only a clear numerical advantage, but besides me there was another Air Marshall on our side named Oswald Boelke. Wasn't exactly a fair faight, so I failed to understand why Frostbitten decided to shoot me down, and continue to teamkill just about everyone he could find.

I got a phone call during the game so I couldn't exact any retribution, but I hope this clown reads this thread and knows now that I'm gunning for him.

Really hate to do this. This pilot has always been one I liked flying with, but I gave him every chance. Baron Von Fritz was tank spawnkilling in a FFA game. After he killed me twice. I told him that I knew he knew better, that he could be banned and no reply. I continued to try to get him to respond and he continued to fire away at spawning planes on the runway.

It's very disappointing. He's always been a good player when I was around.

That is disappointing PH. He usually plays a good game. And Tex, I've played with frost over the last couple of days and haven't seen that kind of behavior. Once again very disappointing. Tonight I had to shoot cactuses while he was parked on the runway in a tank. Not sure whats going on with these guys. I thought the full moon was last week

Just had a player named Airwolf 2 team kill me twice in two separate zepp games. We asked him to stop but he said he was bored and just having fun.

Please do something regarding this player.

Enigma player hammer tool witnessed both of these instances.

Never played a game with baron Von fritz that he hasn't at the very least attempted to spawn kill in a tank.

I've given up on keeping track of that type of thing. Way toooooo many of em to keep track of. Played a lot of em that BVF has been in so I remember his name.

Had a good one a couple days ago. Four guys circling airport. I arrive at airport. All four I shoot down. All four grab their tanks. All four start a mad race to spawn point. No tank to tank shooting mind you just a race to spawn kill. I made a couple circles to make sure I was seeing what I thought I was. Verified that was what was happening. Laughed to my self. Made one more pass killed one, another pass, killed two, another pass, killed three, another, and four were all dead. Should have snapped a shot and couldn't tell you names if I tried. Think fritzy was amongst the flaming dead virtual steel though.

Tip: if you climb into a tank in a DF/FFA I'm going to kill you. It will be easy for me. I will enjoy it. I will win the game because you do it. It is like giving me a free kill. I appreciate it. You may possibly get me a time or two but it will not help you. You will lose every time. It doesn't work. Good luck with it. Lol

Umm... Matka, the poster claiming to be the wife of an expert player, has been proven to be the player himself. I mean herself. I mean, well, you know what I mean. You all had your suspicions. I had to know for sure.

Matka/balu59 is banned from the forum. Russl22/transporter/balu59 is banned from the game. Permanently. Normally I wouldn't mind if someone then re-buys the game and re-registers in the forum, because most treat it as a fresh start and don't abuse others. However, given the multiple personality disorder of this one, we will be watchful of ban dodging. PM me if you have suspicions.

This puts a whole different spin on wearing a red dress!

this was a dogfight game where he was trying to get shot down close to airport so he could
aim on the spawn point.i asked him why he was setting ther but no responce. so every time i seen

He wouldn't shoot team mates unless his team mate did something.

Here's another team killin weasel thinks its funny. When I told him he would get banned for team killing he left. Edmar will be one to watch to. He stopped after I told him to shoot red but I don't think he wanted to. They both have a high enough rank to know better.

Blue max, try to catch them team killing, dont just post screenshots of u tell them not to do it or u team killing them.

I wouldn't be asking them not to team kill if it was not happening bomer. None of them were good enough to kill just chasing our team around and shooting the whole time. Screen shots of there responses should do fine. Proof that they are aware of what they are doing and dont care to stop. One of the last pics shows beastie attempting to team kill. I give them plenty of chances to,stop before they end up here. And about the third or fourth time I get shot or have to use evasive maneuvers to get away from them they hit the ground. Burning in a pile of team killing junk.
