I normally avoid this thread, bacause I'm not a whiner or a spoil sport. I fly as Lord Lucan, who I hope is known is as a fair player. Unfortunately I wish to report Kevy for kicking and banning me for no good reason. His excuse was spawn killing, but he knows he's wrong.

Kevy, it was a free for all. If your small mind can reach back to the beginning of the game, when you and Luke were fooling around at the mountain, You might recall that I was chatting to luke to determine if you guys were in the game. My intent was to leave you alone. Well, remember what you did? Do you?
So, me shooting you after take off next time we met should have been expected. Or do you not understand the concept of cause and effect? Wheels up, toughen up matey. The truth is that I was flying inconveniently better than you. You know you were off the ground.
What you did was worse than spawning. You abused your authority to curb your embarrassment, not to correct another player's faults.
I know it will come down to your word against mine, and down to pedantic definitions of spawn killing. But you know that I was not over exploiting my advantage, whereas you absolutely over exploited yours.

You other moderators should ask him a few hard questions.

Well Kevy wouldn't be the first mod to abuse his powers, I don't want to speak out against anyone but occasionally I think some mods abuse there power just because the other player doesn't want to mess around in game.

This is made with one particular mod in mind but due to my reputation I do not want to name him.

Ronnie/lord Lucan/my left head is completely transparent and where he is (in the world) why would he waste time moaning on here if he was guilty.

A couple of mods might believe me here but can't admit it due to my past but please give Ronnie the benefit of the doubt.

Without any intended disrespect I don't believe I've ever seen Manfred, Jacob or General Jackson refer to any player as a 'jerk', to me that's not adding credibility to any defence for your actions.

I have posted my side to the Moderators. They have suggested I post it here. As I do not like argue I will do this to satisfy the forum lawyers.
You are right! calling him a jerk was immature. May I amend it to "You acted like a jerk instead"? If I may I would like to apologize for calling Mr Biggs a jerk. As far as his actions I asked him to stop and kicked him first. Kicking spawn campers is the preferred moderator tactic. He came back and instead of being civil he wanted to argue and ruin even more of the game. After two more kicks he just played. When he resumed the tactic and started taunting Shatners Basson for sitting on the carrier with his brake on I banned him. Yes I was angry it was a fun game and no one needed his version of dogfight. It lasted for a long while. If he would have stayed he wouldn't have gotten far because the number of aces that spawned into that game would have made him leave if that is how he plays. I had to leave the game at 11/17 mostly because luke is a good shot in tank from Duckwing and I had trouble landing there. Could I have done the manly thing and chased him down and pummel him for playing like that... yes. But I was trying to have a fun game. Most of you know I mostly grind each game out and help my team as much as possible. An occasional play game in dogfight is a treat. Lots of players do it! My advice is if pilots are having fun in a dogfight match and you want to play demon fighter go to another game and everyone is happy! Don't start spawn camping.......I'm out

Everyone knows seven. He's a real old time player. No second account he's on here arguing with whiplash a few pages back. Forum name is lioneyes. He fiercly competitive and is going to go ballistic. I am sorry for doubting your judgement here and for any slur I may have implied against your name. I respect you and the other mods but I was slightly intoxicated and would hate to have seen Ronnie permanently banned, he is one of the few 'real' good guys on here and has always jumped to my defence and I was attempting to return the favour.

I was pleased with my run of keeping my head down on the forum but a 14 hour drinking binge (Brit style) didn't help my cause.
