Dr. Dre did a lot of great work in the rap/hip hop community (Straight Outta' Compton).

However, I find Beats to be the most generic over priced earbuds ever. All they did was slap on some extra drivers inside the buds/headphones. Because people only seem to focus on the bass & lows, hahahah. Little do people realize that this messes with your highs, meds, etc.

tl;dr Don't buy Beats.

I dislike Beats. They don't sound much better to me, and for the money... anything. Boses are good choices. For style, SkullCandys look much better. Mixmasters.

Speaking of style, how many pairs have you seen someone wear at once? One kid at my school - who thinks he's black, comes from Compton, and that people like incoherant stoners - wears three pairs of Pros. Guy's an idiot.

Lol, before football practice today, we were talking about the wars in the middle east, and how we should get out quickly. I suggested getting a bunch of helicopters to airlift Compton into Afghanistan, and the same ones to bring all of our troops home. We all figured anyone who grew up in Compton can handle anyone who grew up, and make sure that they stop doing it. (Growing up)

Ive lived in compton for about 6 months as a kid when I first came into US

its like beverly hills compared to some of the other places Ive lived

I dont buy all that tough area nonsense portrayal dre and gangster rap push

I used to sell candy door to door in compton for gods sake


in fact I was their two weeks ago for some business (please dont let the gangster rappers fool you into thinking that the only business in compton has to do with drugs)

Hahahah, I love how you can distinctly see the difference between Beverly Hills & Hollywood. Beverly Hills is so trim, pristine and has different species of trees every block. Then you look over at the Hollywood side and it's all trashy.

Protip for those who haven't been to Hollywood:

The further away you get from "the Strip", the more it gets trashy. But in a cool way. Found a lot of badass street artists and local punk shows going down. And the skate scene is pretty cool as well. I'll be travelling back soon.
