you didn't specify if you are on apple or android or what... but you just need to check your subscriptions on your store. Make sure you don't have two active subscriptions for whatever reason. And just cancel one.
I have no access to payments/credit card info or anything related to purchases. Apple/google manages it all and hide it from the devs.
