Hi everyone. Allow me to introduce myself.
I'm New York Jet$ fan, but you can just call me Nick. I've known about Dogfight for the past 5 years now, but unfortunately I can't say that's how long I've been playing the game. Initially I played quite often, and was quick to become a member on the forum. I also became part of a squadron (although I don't remember much about joining it, which makes it look as though it was all done too quickly on my part without much thought given to the matter). I was a mere month out of 8th grade at the time (June 2012), with my first year of high school fast approaching at the end of the summer. My immature and childish middle school personality certainly carried over onto the forum (skim through my only posts and you can see for yourself lol) and as a result I gave off the wrong first impression (at least that's what it looks like to me now). Once I started high school, I gradually (perhaps even drastically) began to become distanced from Dogfight, and by the summer of 2013 I had essentially stopped playing. The app was deleted from my phone and my forum account sat derelict in its current state until I just logged back in a few days ago.
Keeping in mind that I consider my freshman year of high school the best year of my high school experience and maybe one of the best of my life thus far, I want to relive as many moments/memories from that period of my life as I can (sounds weird, but it's the kind of person I am). Dogfight, of course, was one of those memories, so I decided to get back into the game - for real this time. As I write this 5 years after first getting into this game, I am as inexperienced and unknowledgeable about the game and the forum as I was back then. I'm the same rookie today as I was 5 years ago. The only thing that's changed is my age and maturity. However, the forum still feels as familiar to me as it did when I was last actively on it. I'm here now to start over with a fresh and clean slate; to start anew. I'm looking to make some friends right now and I'm open to anyone who wants to be one

. Anyone is welcome to help me get integrated into this forum and make it feel like a second family for me, because I know this is a good community and I would love to be involved! (I also don't quite know where to start lol)
I'm sure there's many things I left out, but I'm not good when it comes to writing long, detailed monologues (

), so for now this is it.
Regards,
Nick
