I can't seem to find the Blacklist.

HOI MAN was parked blocking runway. I asked him to move and he entered tank and fired at me and the base. I asked if he was bombing his own hangars and he then parked, exited plane and fired at me with a rifle.

He may not know better and there's the possibility that he may not speak English not really sure but if you check out his stats he only has 1 kill 2 death's and 1 game won.

I wondered if he didn't speak English and was going to give him the benefit of doubt---but his behavior changed when I asked if he was bombing his own hangars. That's when i was shot at on runway with rifle...

He handled a tank and rifle well for a new player. Hope he learns the rules and here's hoping he's not some angry recycled player.
