well, i'm playing around to find something in between. I don't like to watch people who are just on one side destroying one single player and I understand sometimes there are just not enough players (which btw, this is also provoked because many do not join ww2 games because they get a whole squad vs 1 person).
I already have some ideas on how to fix most of this, but it's going to take a few days to implement.

Fighting with our squad is called esprit de corp,pride in,loyalty to and enthusiasm for a unit shown by its members. It makes squads better

So.me squads can work together,not their fault others cant. Or no one to fly with them

Sharp I do understand the spirit of the squad and playing together, but it should be when u have and even team on the opposing side. I believe what zuperman is trying to fix; is when we have 6 player’s vs one and the “team” kills this one player relentlessly over and over. game after game with the end result of making him go away all the way back to ww1. This is what is making players stay away from the WW2 games and I believe it’s not good for business and to the promotion of the game. How fun can it be to a squadron to fight against a single player? Zuperman is trying to come up with a balance way to play the game that can provide a fun game for all players. Still I think we should try to be more willing to help create those balances to make the experience of the game more challenging and fun. As of late we see a hunger for points that is changing the way the game is meant to be played. There is a noticeable difference in the way the game is play in ww1 and in ww2. The players in WW1 go there and play for FUN; you can have a challenging game were the objective is to win and have fun in the process. Not the same in WW2, here we find the players are only looking to make points to level up; the experience is not the same. You will find one sided games repeatedly were player race to see who bombs first to end the game and go faster to the next; and /or come in and out of game looking to see if others would leave so they can find a mission where they can make more points. WW2 looks more like a simulator, a shooting gallery game or a practice range. That is not a fun game formula and will not attract new players to the game. We all should cooperate if we want to have a better experience of this game.

It doesn't help the game when you bomb all the hangers and end up getting no points just because no one else enters the game. I quite often , due to the times I can play, end up in games where no one else is playing. If I ain't gonna get the points I might as well quit playing.

Great point .i never ever minded a outnumbered game in fact i used too thrive on them .i always remembered a great game a few years ago now where i entered the game i was alone against five reds next i felt a bit relieved as Hulk left the game.Next moment he rejoins on my side making it 4x2 me and hulk never won that game. In fact he switched sides against his own squad mates just for the thrill of the game.i don't see eye to eye with some of the misfits i have never ever had issues with Game play of any one flying under the misfits tag .Sneaking a outnumbered side shooting a blue to soften the kill for your squad to get a easy kill on the red team or spawn-killing noobs just for that extra point is just as low as you can go i see many many players now switching sides just for a easy win just for a extra point so they can brag about their world rank or their level..We all play our own game and have different tactics.

Zuperman please keep in mind that me and other players like me enjoy being outnumbered.. one of my fave memories was of me defending my carrier against 6 morafs.. yes I lost but it was a heck of a battle!!

I get tons of game alone.sucks no getting a point.if there isnt a lot of people flying.sometimes its the only reason to fly..
Its a shame you had to change things

Wolf Pack always enjoys flying together as a squad. But something about this new game has taken away the camaraderie between different squads. It's created a constant 'us versus them' mentality I've never seen before.

I don't mind being outnumbered, it's frankly how I improved in this game. But I remember a time when we supported our team--no matter who was on it. I'm no fan of cheap shots in the back---literally.

Honestly, some of the best games was with weather changes. Not everyone liked them, but it kept it very interesting and challenging.

Its war. Get in there and role your sleeves and get this garbage sorted and quit bugging Dad to stop the bullies or so called bullies or what ever. I believe at lest half the people that play this game have to be at least 25. Right? Figure it out.

Those are brave words, but first I can’t grow them… but still I have done exactly that I have taken those so call bullies head on all alone and won some and lost some, but the only problem I see is that when they lose they insult u. If they are so dominant in the game why is it necessary to insult a player just because he beat u. We all come here to play and enjoy a fun game, we do not come to be disrespected or bullied out of game. This one-sided WW2 games is not just about enjoying an outnumber game like the old times. I have invited Zebra many times to come up to WW2 outnumber games so you can enjoy them as well, maybe u will not get insulted; but I’m am sure u will see how all the other team leaves and then start to come in and out of the game to see if you are done so they can continue to play their point hunger games. We are not asking nothing that Zuperman has not seen or experience firsthand himself. He is providing an entertainment product that must be profitable and if the product does not provide that it will fail. I think most the player here can agree that the WW2 games are not entreating; and why would that be? They are the same missions as in WW1… what could be going on there that makes players stay away from it? No need to answer the questions, the only one that should answer this questions is zuperman and I think he is trying to do the adjustments to protect his brand.

Is it a bad thing that I have never even noticed whether or not points are awarded for various things? Empty games are no fun for me, which could be why I never even looked at the points.

I would like to know how it works when you enter a game and you are one of four vs. a lone player, so you try to switch but only get empty games and not the game you left which wasn't full. I have had that happen a few times, and don't understand why I wouldn't get spawned into the game I just left on the outnumbered side to even things up.

if you leave a game and come back getting assigned to a different one... it's because someone else took that spot. Once the room has 8 players, it doesn't allow for more.

Also, there is a misunderstanding on here. If you play alone and you are the only player, you get the full points. The only way you begin getting points reduced is if you are more than 2 people over the other team: 3 vs 1 or 4 vs 1 etc...

And I know some like to be outnumbered (like zebra), but the majority do not enjoy having a 4 vs 1 combat ALL THE TIME. So until that routine is changed, I have to enforce his. And trust me, I've spent quite some time looking at the servers stats and it was painful to watch some squads just getting together even 7 vs 1 I've seen... and the other guy complaining and completely ignored for several games in a roll. That's very different from voluntarily going solo against everyone else.

Im sorry. Ace. I see where your coming from. My post was more meant for everyone to start working there differences out and get that positive fun Vibe again. Like when Every one shows up on a friday evening all pumped to play each other. Every one greets each other on WC then its on. Believe me your the last person I would single out as whining. I seen you take the most rude comments and hold your head high. And I am ashamed to say I was there and didn t say a word in your defense. That wont happen again. But I still believe that a lot of these issues that arise can be solved by the community and not having to drag Zup over the coals all the time . .

There's a very simple solution to all of this remove squad wars it all started with the release of squad wars and it will end if you remove that part of the game. Just my two cents

Although I was very disappointed with the platform of squad wars being based on a point system and not squad vs squad I'm kinda glad you went that route cause if this is what a point system has done to this game imagine how things would be with a squad vs squad format.

No worries Cy, I do know your comments were not directed at me and I also know the community has issues between players but I took the opportunity to point out the obvious. A behavior that clearly is hurting the game and that we all know it’s happening. I think issues can be work out for a better game experience for all but some practices must change for things to get better. Yes, I to think zuperman has far more important things to do that to try and fix childish behavior that we all express from time to time; that is why I choose not to send him my complaints with screen shoot from the insults I get. Zuperman knows what is best for his game and he has the last word. Cy you have always been a gentleman and a good friend, no need to apologize.

I've never known myself before, but this cowardice of certain pilots and their squadrons has to be eliminated. Spawn is wrong, he takes the parzer from many who left the game, once in a while an old pilot comes back and I and Ace girl that we are of the same squad we encourage the pilots to return and stay in DF2. I can even say that I have spent a good amount improving my planes, I ask for help as a subscriber and faithful collaborator of the game. Even when we talk about the game about camping, we are not respected and killed by several players against 01 or 02 players. But I do not like and I charge in the game that my colleagues do not joge in an unfair way, I promote equality in combat and win the best. Look that most of my games are recorded by Windows 10 but do not post these videos to Zup nor in the forum to not be known as a crybaby.
