it is antivirus related
i use Norton, so i did this:
in program management there was 1 dogfight map (from the 11 maps) set on automatically and rest on allowed, i set them all on allowed
now i got no more ssl issues so far

i get it on my samsung galaxy tab dont have anti virus its a android tablet never get ti on my other tablets
