So bullet drop is bad, trees are too problematic, troublemakers are refusing to fly straight down the valley of death, PC players are evil necromancers, new challenges are icky, etc.; so in a nutshell, what you're saying is . . .
you want df-1 back.
I liked getting my milk delivered to the little galvanized box on my front porch, but, when faced with the dilemma of either giving up milk for the rest of my life or unravelling the mysteries of the modern dairy industry . . . I eventually embraced progress, faced up to the challenge, learned some new skills, and started going to the local market for my milk.
Bullet drop is good because it brings a tiny little bit of realism into a game that is still billed as a
"combat airplane simulator". Dog hit on the real problem; lag. It's not grudgingly tolerable lag like we had in df-1, it's constant, ridiculous, people don't want to play this game anymore lag. I think we need either better servers and/or at the very least more servers. Of course that requires either more subscribers or higher prices or Zup getting a paper route to pay for it.
