Zup's actually encouraged the use of Steam. I believe it's only for PC. It's definitely not a hack lol. I cannot remember the update that came out sometime last fall, but I could no longer use my controller as a result. So Zup suggested I download Steam and purchase df elite through them. The subscription is a one year deal and it was cheaper than paying the monthly fee.

No unfair advantage that I can see, but I just know the tablet authorities will step in and disagree.

Hope that helps Wabbit
Bannerless and naked. Whatever...

Steam is actually a gaming Platform like Windows Xbox, I think the company originally was formed as a in home wireless Entertainment system. Designed to control stereo, TV, Movies etc. Something similar to lutron or control 4 home entertainment systems. This where you have a main Mod you can program to control all your systems throughout the home pre programmed. As well lighting , fireplaces garage door openers were all added to these systems. Steam then unfolded its Gaming systems as well. Now it has PC and other device compatibility through its online free Platform gaming platform. There are hundreds of different games you can purchase. It also has a very large online forum of its own. Real gamers use this app. You no the guys that live computer programing and such. There is a lot of gaming advice and resources in many different Forum topiics. Vdeo streaming, Screen shots, as well it has a full chat through Mic, Video or written text as a cool feature. You can form groups aor sqquads and fully haave a conversation with your buudies whhile playing. And as Comet mentioned , Zup was really trying to push steam as it is so much more stable then Windows. The Windows App is basically a corrupted app that has been not working properly since it was released. Windows wont fix it so I also have tried tto get pilots to switch over . The only advantage it has is that it works properly.

I encourage you to download it . Give it a shot

Does Steam also allow for non-subscribers to play? Is there a monthly subscription option, or only the yearly package? I'm guessing those are the biggest complaints.

I've used Steam for some other titles (i.e.- Batman: Arkham series); personally, Steam always seemed to add too many steps (for my own protection), push too much advertising, and kick the price up higher on most games (so they get paid). If there is a stable, cheaper alternative, I usually avoid Steam. That having been said, the only way Steam might be giving anyone an advantage is if they are providing a more stable platform than Unity.

Thats cool.now im wondering is there something like that for Android.without it being considered a hack.theres tons of hack apps.but i wont use one.if i cant make it by my own power than i shouldnt be here..

Ive always taken this game as a personal challenge to my test of will.

Although id like a more stable platform.if it is going to give me any type of advantages i dont want it.

And yes i see the need for w10 players to get stable they have always been facing problems.but now its the rest of us facing the problems.so maybe zup can recommend one for android and the other devices

Your right about steam cranking the prices up. I find they are inflated for sure. I am not sure about the subscription part of your messsage. I always subscribed so never worried about it. But Hey what can I say. It seems that if ypu truly want to have the best set up possible. You need a 4gig or better tablet with high speed interneet or a LaptopPC designed for gaming

I don't no exactly why you think there is some type of advantage to these game platforms.. They basically are companies like Xbox, Nintendo, Play Station etc that just supply the platforms and servers. The game itself is Still Zups game . I will look for something compatable by Android and lett you compatable and let yu

I once had a bad case of androids on my asus. I used a little steam to get rid of them.
