Play the game and earn coins: the vault is your share of the overall winnings of your squad. That's why you will see a few coins show up after every match you're in, and other times you'll see a balance when you sign on from where other squadron members have been playing. Don't be shy about taking that money out of the vault either; you are the only one that can use the money you see in the vault (it only shows your share), and if you don't take it within a certain time period it vanishes.
