I'm not quite sure how to bring this up, but to me it seems that the physics of the planes are much sluggisher than they used to be.
If it's a realistic responce......ok, maybe I should do some more homework. It just seems like flying a mini- zepelin.

What brought me back to the game is this fantastic crowd of players, and a really great forum.
It's a bit strange to mingle between players of a game which seems a bit off to me.

Joaquín, please......
This was a great game. And what am I to you?.......(I'm not even a subscriber any more!) NO NO NO....I do not say that things should stay as they were! And I'm no dissatisfied customer, because I think I played for years for mere peanuts and it was a FUN TIME (lag aside. :))

I just care.

I think this game should be better. It deserves to be.

Ok....it's your game. I'm just saying you had a great thing going here, but I'm concerned about where it's going.
Fighters should at least respond like fighters, blue skies shouldn't give you 'welder's flash' eyes.
Get some historic perspective in here, so at least this looks like a ww1or 2 setting.

But hey, you took my suggestion about making the chat just for subscribers....(DANG! I hate myself for that.)

As an older guy who doesn't have the reaction speed of a 13 year old any longer, I actually prefer the slower version, it means cunning and tactics play a bigger part.

Maybe a way forward would be to keep the WW1 games slow for those who like tactical, and make the WW2 games fast for those who want to live on the edge.

Lol......what do I know?

I just meant that the game seems sluggishionated. (Sluggishionatified? Sluggified?......anyway, I wrote that comment when I was a bit shuggaluggaluggified myself, hence the creative choice of words.)

It's a perfectly cromulent word. When something is sluggulated it is definitely sulggisher. In this case the performance has been biggly disengooded by hypersluggation.

This is simple to test. Load df1, get to the train mission, fly from your base to the other base on straight line, or to whatever point you decide on the map. Clock it.
Load Elite, do the same, clock it.

Time difference?

The slugglulatory issue is more about maneuverability than speed. There used to be a certain "crisp" feeling that is not there now.

Also, it's not a matter of being more or less maneuverable than any other player, it's just not as inspiring to me.

Ok, while we're in another "placebo-effect" discussion, it seems........it feels like how we (not Windows players) must have seemed to those Windows players. (sorry, couldn't resist.)

Like Mc Fate said: "not as crisp and less inspiring".

I gotta say I disagree, I fly a Samsung tablet so I am a tilt player and things have gone back and forth as far as sensitivity goes and I could always go for more but lately I think the game has played great!

Tried the training mission and after two swerves it is clear to me there is a difference in responsiveness.
It's a bit like flying the Cessna in X-Plane 10. (A game so boring that at the first flight you end up goofing off by doing silly things like parking your plane in the strangest places.)
