Like freimann said, go to the tunels, there you will find the manual how to do it, after you got the manual go to "Area 51" to get the stairs, but when you got that you will be only Limited to go in 2nd en 3th basket, the pilotbasket to maneuvering is reserved to NLR (nr 1 on squadwars)

You dont Have to react that way, don't be jealous. I'm not telling you because its easy to do, i found it in 5' in a game... I too managed to enter the zeppelin today. I tried entering the control basket, bet I fell through the blimb seeing if I could climb back up the ladder. Sadly, the little soldier guy never learned how to climb. Or swim. Or run, or jump, or dance. He also doesn't know how to break his legs after falling from the sky. Makes you wonder how he became a soldier in the first place.
