I meant challenges to try ingame. Btw, I failed your challenge. Math isn't really a skill of mine.

1- Land next to the lion head on Duckwing Mt.
2- Land on top of the support arch of the bridge.

Oh, and neither of these count unless you can take off again.

I have a challenge.

Steps:

1. Successfully land at the Jolly Roger.

2. Go inside the Jolly Roger.

3. Order a soda and throw a quarter in HorribleBreast's hat.

4. GET ME A CHEW TOY!

5. Safely exit the JR and return to the base or boat you came from. Without dying.

Challenges:

* land in the side door of a carrier...and take off again.
* fly in the back door of a carrier and out the side without landing.
* win a dogfight in 3rd person view.
* fly through the length of the bridge upside down.
* bomb a red plane air to air.
* bomb a hangar from + 1000m.
* drop a bomb from +2000m and fly below to "catch it".
* drive a tank to the top of Duckwing mountain (not possible I think)
* drive a tank around the lakes (East is possible, I've never made it all around West lake)
* land in difficult places: carrier tower, bridge supports, airport buildings...
* land upside down intentionally...and take off again.
* shoot down a zeppelin in an empty game without crashing to reload.

I've bombed a red plane air to air. And I think I landed on a carrier tower once.

Never tried the tank up the mountain in DF1, but have in Elite and there is one point you just can't get over. Doesn't help that it's slippery rock.

Easier to take off again if you do it on the carrier.

Back in the old days...

DF1 originally had a WW2 tank which was very stable and relatively fast. Tanking was a bit more fun. The topography was not so... topographical? Er... the mountains weren't so tall, so the sides weren't so steep, you could actually drive to the top of Duckwing. I don't have any of the new tanks yet, I wonder if they climb any better.

Also the top of Duckwing mountain was shaped differently. It had a bit of a "bowl" shape. You had to do a bit of a stall to land on it and it usually took people a few tries to get the hang of it.
