Spawnkillers and such can evade report by simply not using world chat. And before you retort, some of us can't take snapshots/can't use the forum. You should be able to click on the name of a spawnkiller in the list of online players have the option to report them. Also put the report button on their info page, when you search their name in the list of all players?their rank and score. Whos with me?

Husky, I just checked and tried reporting in-game and it is not an option. I don't believe it ever was an option in Elite.

Tiger, there is a thread called the blacklist thread, that's where you can report such players, however many will say that without all the facts and especially screenshots then your report won't carry much weight.
