Just wondering, is it "game-on" yet or are some of you top players still avoiding competitive play for the sake of gaining points? Sometimes it's kind of hard to find a game with other players, then when I do sometimes it's just reds passing reds so they can collect more hangars or Zep points or what not.

It's not that I want to rain on your parade by shooting you down when you have no intention to fight but I look forward to seeing things get back to "normal" where a red is dead no matter who they are and the game mission is in line with what makes dogfight fun. I hope you can understand where I'm coming from here and not take it personally when I don't step aside to let you farm. It seems that some are still in their ranking-up drives; but if this is the case, when does it end and things get back to the fighting?

Why not play some of the (sometimes) fuller WW1 games when WW2 is so empty? Only for the double points? Why leave a game only to switch to the side with more players? Don't you like competition in your "war games"?

I agree with you with Mcfate.Personally I find point harvesting boring.I prefer the competition and challenge for my points!

I played ctf game couple days ago..no1 in game ...grabbed flag an was flyin back to base.....
sum1 joined ...so I turned around dodged them an dropped flag back on there base so cud get proper game....

hate empty games..no offence... or games were all low ranks..i always preferred to play top guys..way I learnt

Some folks seem to only actually play when they have the advantage. What term do we use to describe those folks?

Where are the ww1 games? I hardly see anyone

I get my points from going straight up the middle boring for some but i enjoy it and take what the game gives me. Well except for ctf and dogfight i just don't care for those game's i like bombing stuff, sure i may leave a game because of a red [M]isfit it's just not my thing shooting a brother down never was but i have to i will. So please if you do happen to see me flying you better shoot first before i do.

i always fly up middle...prefer turnfight.... but any game I join I stick..even bombing..i fly with 2 bombs an do my darn best....never been much off head on shooter...but think I improved on it here in elite

Well Mac it's like this . Firstly I avoid ww1 games as when they fill I get screen freeze occurring every time . I don't have that problem in ww2 . Very frustrating when you are enjoying a game and you can't finish it . WW2 planes are also much nicer to fly . Latley we have had many great long games in ww2 .we had a bomb the hanger game yesterday which nearly reached the end of timer , DT finally got through to win the game for us . The very next game lasted near as long till Sir Bici got through and bombed and won with a great fun . Maybe you are just missing the main time slot where a lot seem to play in ww2 . Many Misfits are now on playing and sometimes it is so full I can't get that game . If someone is in game , and no offence meant here at you or anyone , and I don't like their game style because I always carry two bombs and love head on combat I will leave and look for another game . There are many of us who do the same as me and we often discuss this in game . No sense being an easy target for someone with a huge advantage . I enjoy making the run with two bombs and getting to bomb and as you know you can rarely get passed a flip flop flyer carrying one bomb . As Zup has given us a timer if I do play certain games by myself I race against the time trying to find ways to improve my run speed . In a zep game nobody has a bomb so I will stay as everyone is equally playing and if I am getting the crap beaten out of me and heavily outnumbered those who play me know I stay till the end and take the beating . The WW2 planes are nice...
I'm also glad to say that I finally got enough coin to buy my second bomb in my P40, so no need to worry about me flying round with one bomb but you probably won't know the difference. Lol. Now I need to coin-up to get my first German WW2 plane.... probably going to spend some cash on that then earn the upgrades the hard way. Harvesting some quick points would be helpful.
