completely agree with Jacob and I will also add that disrespectful posts I will intervine myself. Jacob is doing this during his free time and he has done an outstanding job. No moderator will ever be perfect and we will all make mistakes but that doesn't give an excuse to begin the kind of posts i'm seeing.
