At least be honest dude. You deleted an apology that two say they didn't read but were the first to respond. I never Mentioned who wrote it.

I deleted a thread created by a ban dodger. I deleted your thread that was about the deletion of the original thread, because it quickly became hostile, which is most likely the goal of the aforementioned ban dodger.

All of a sudden ban Dodgers are a priority. That thread was no offensive, it became an issue when you chose to kill it. Great job, can we trust any further call by you? Or should I fear a ban?

How often have members here made mistakes and been banned only to return in an effort to atone for mistakes?

It appears you drew a line and now we all have to fear retribution if it crosses yours or your friends. So now any opinion is questionable. If that's the case then Zup should just end this forum as unbiased rule in non existent.

Ok I will step in. I have always been an advocate of not getting people banned from the game. When I have gone to the length of e mailing zup, for a problem with another player I have told him that it is his decision, because I do not want him to lose money and second I am not happy to know a person should lose the privileged and joy of playing the game. But... that is the problem that some players like to push the envelope and push buttons over and over again to test the waters. Their pure joy of the game is to push other player’s boundaries, and insult here and there, maybe meant as a joke or maybe not.

Oh! people are mad at me? I will talk my way out of it, an apology will fix everything. Maybe one time or 2, but when it becomes a repetitive thing, that apology loses straight. Also the patience and trust others gave you, vanishes and little by little your true colors begin to show. More and more people will lose trust on you. There is a saying here in the island, create fame for yourself and then go to sleep.

I receive sort of an apology via PM, do not know if it’s this person that you are talking about, but it said whatever I did I am sorry let’s move on. I have move on, but looks like he has not, and the first step to get people to find at least a bit credible your apology, it’s to admit to what you did, and since your do not even remember, oh well then you have not change.

As far as Jacob job of trying to keep controversies out of the forum I believe he is doing a great job, if he is keeping this player from posting, is because he has seen the kind of language he has use in game and post, and also the childish games he is trying to play.

I was once on his side; if it’s the same player I think we are talking about, but eventually I did saw with my own eyes what he does to others and the way he truly behaves. His excuse to me was that it was just a joke. To him is part of his comedy routine in the game, all insults are meant as just poking fun; that is his excuse; but he is not being funny he is being hurtful to people that offered him a friendship.

I think we should all justsy sit back, enjoy a beverage and play DF.

Read it. It is the law in dog fight. It says that in effect the Moderators or Zuperman's decisions have full authority and anyone dodging a ban will be permanently banned.

Many players, including some who are involved in this latest brush-up have demanded that Zup appoint more moderators, thinking that it will solve a lot of the drama that comes up here. This situation shows how that would not help. The lack of respect for Mods or the game maker undermines the whole scene. It happened with the original moderators too. Wig (former global mod) felt the need to vent his frustrations on in a separate venue (which he thought it be private) (water under the bridge) When his comments were brought out into the public so much negativity came out that Zup decided things were better off and easier to handle with only one Moderator left.

Now some people who demand that we have moderators can't abide by the decisions of the one we do have. There is no solution good enough for the crowd we have here. As was said on another thread; Zup has been advised by some of his peers that to better the game he should get rid of the forum and world chat. I see that we have some players here who would push it so far that if things don't go their way they would just try to make it unbearable by causing more strife just to ruin it for everyone else.

Have some integrity and respect. If you are banned and do not agree with it don't come and try to stir up things to get people supporting you against the decisions of the staff. Appeal in emails in private to make your case. If that doesn't work but you just can't stand to stay away come back under a different name, behave yourself and start anew. Doing otherwise shows lack of respect to the whole community.

I saw that you made an apology post BHG. (I did not read your apology before it was taken down) But understand that making a new account and posting as you did is against the rules. You should make your appeals in private either to Zup or to Jacob. Since they are the authority you are trying to convince you should consider following their rules. By making new accounts you are "dodging the ban" and breaking more rules. At that point whatever your position is you have just shown that you either don't know or do not care what the rules are. I'm not in on the argument, I was just posting the actual rules since they don't seem to be known or understood by yourself or some of the others posting about this issue.

Nothing posted in bzerks thread would have ever existed if you hadn't dodged your ban. Therefore anything posted as a result of you coming back, was caused by you.

You were banned for dodging the 3 day ban you recieved as a "cool down" period, because you refused to just let it go. Its obvious that even after six months you still can't just drop it and are not sorry for anything.......so buh bye

It's funny that "my friends" are mentioned. Aside from my squadron, the only people that I have exchanged words with, outside of this game and forum, are a couple of misfits.
