Rounds are under the fire button. If it says 240 then you only have 240 bullets. Most planes you can upgrade the amount of ammo you can carry.

As to the 75,000 / 375,000 most likely what you are looking at is your current points, and total points to reaching the next level. Thus if you have 75,000 and the other number is 375,000 then you still need 300,000 to reach the next level.

With all that said, if you are at 75,000 and you're at the point you need 375,000 to reach the next level, it would mean you've been playing this game a long time, and why wouldn't you already know this? :unsure:
