in Df1 everyone knew the trees caused lag and switched them off .if they caused lag in DF1 wont they cause it in DF elite too. so why cant we switch these darn lag instigators off ? so it limits the lag ? or at least have a option with sparser trees.Any way tried bombing a few trees they wont go ?

Ya I'm with Dog the trees are lag activators.

I had a game recently where there were no trees, then another where they just disappeared as I was flying base to base. From his reply to my comment, I think another player still had them. I suspect a bug Zuperman?

( I don't think the game went any quicker guys, although I did manage to land a few bullets on CC Rider, which doesn't normally happen. )

So, if we get rid of all the trees, we get rid of bullet drop, cut the cockpit view, maybe get rid of those pesky clouds too . . .

I really could care less about the trees one way or the other. I sure don't gaze at them and admire them as I'm flying towards the reds base. At the same time, it is great for hiding a tank in them. Too bad the tank sucks now, but I digress.

I was not aware that they were responsible for lag. In DF1, I played with the minimum settings and still lagged so I really doubt it had anything to do with the trees.

Call me cruel if you wish, but I think the lag has more to do with people with crap Internet. You know where I'm going with this...the minute you add anyone with Ala21, Ases del Sur, Cavaliers, etc...you know you aren't going to have a game without the lag. Yet you can play against a guy from Europe or Australia and not have an issue. Tell me I'm bullshitting, but I bet I'm not the only one that sees this.

But blame it on the trees...Maybe it's time to start throwing my smokes out of the plane...I just hope they hit the trees and not Hulk's lap...he sure gets pissed when I do that.

elite debe ser diferente,con lagos árboles casas pueblos,aviones nubes ect ect.ESTE JUEGO NO ES DOGFIGHTWAR1.Debe.mantener todo,el lag es por que muchos jugadores juegan juntos sin separación de continentes y si entra uno a jugar con mala conexión hace lag,no lo hacen acaso en el Df1?y esta separado por servidores?.lo que pasa es que muchos son random,y esos cuando coinciden en un juego con pilotos que si pagan crean el lag,eso esta más que comprobado.

elite must be different, with lakes trees houses peoples, aircraft clouds ect ect.este game not is dogfightwar1.debe.mantener all, the lag is for that many players play together without separation of continents and if enters one to twiddle bad connection ago lag, not the make perhaps in the df1? and this separate for servers? .lo that raisin is that many are random, and those when coincide in a game with pilots that yes pay create the lag, that this more that checked.

Bought one of those new fangled ww2 planes and been upgrading , and the price of marshmallows has gone through the roof.

Yep no trees makes no lag for me .and you can definitely tell when someone with a bad connection jumps in .but there are still lag storms that are just randomly happening..maybe zup needs to force updates so everyone stays on the same page .remember when people wouldn't update so they could keep the d8 even after it was removed.I play a couple of games where if you don't update you don't play .it seems to limit the lag .
