I play Dogfight Elite on a tablet and a PC. I know a lot of PC users are pissed off, and want their sensitivity bar option back. I have to agree, because the turnfighting is not as responsive.

How come I have a sensitivity bar on the tablet, but not on the PC?

I would love to have even a 25% increase in maneuverability. The way it stands now I get whooped by tier 1 planes if I don't get them on the first maneuver. They will have my 6 shortly thereafter then its into the trees for some low flying low speed maneuvers. Which in most cases they crash. That is fine and all but I get no points for that lol

it is obvious Zup doesn't figure us PC players are worth much in the equation...

it would be such an easy fix, just put it back!!

My feeling are he should set it at 90% to me thats about how much quicker on turnd pc,s are. Just my opinion

I think zup doesn't want to happen here what happened in df 1 where pc guys had an outrageous advantage.once pc and phone and tab guys are split you will probably have it back.

It would be nice if there was no advantage with either device.

Would be nice but zup hasn't figured out how to make the sensitivity even out .it's the zero reaction turn.with the keys vs the tilt

I play on a tablet and I really don't see where I have an advantage over anybody, I get killed at long range head on shots, I get out turned all the time, in df1 I considered myself to be a pretty decent turn fighter and that was the part of the game I enjoyed the most but it's rare I get close enough and when I do I can't seem to gain the advantage.
I don't know what the other pilots are using during a game as far as devices.
I wish I knew what I was doing wrong

The sunny day is there for the follwing reasons...

So that after you get brought down by a DH2 while flying in your Shuckert with relative ease...

When an 85 year old lady with a walker passes you in your tank...

When you pump 45 shots into that "awesome" South American guy who really thinks he's the shit but you still go down...

When there are at least a dozen players playing but you're in a game alone...

When you fly up the middle over and over for 20 minutes and have a draw...

You can always say the following phrase while biting your lip:

At least it's a sunny day!

I see bullet drop as a joke as ever game I'm.in everyone is dead even in kills and deaths .there's no real skill in the game anymore..well in dfe at least.

My point was lack of options...., why don't I have the option to decrease the sensitivity on the pc?

If the default mode is set at max, and that's fine, but I'd like the option to decrease from where it stands currently. It would at least aid in the head on game.

I don't mind the drop .but it was nailed on the head in another post (I forget who said it ) the difference between devices and even the smallest of lag makes some planes Damn near unhittable .I can shoot one plane in one run form a.distance and on the next run from.the same.distance I have to aim at a different spot to score a hit .to me it seems unstable ie.it's not working right .this morning was.in a game with bstracan at close range I could see I was hitting him but got nothing untill I aimed very high .on the next run I had to aim just over the plane .same game same planes same distance different shooting angle .why I don't know .could be connection could be different sync .but it gets frustrating .when there is no consistency..and that seems to be turning many away from the game .everyone needs to look at how many still play df 1 .just imagine if they came here and played bringing extra money to the game .maybe zup could afford some better servers for us .the majority of people is see aren't that fond of the drop .

If you look at all the complaints, it looks to me that they all = lag related issues. If you're still seeing a ghost where the target was 0.25 seconds ago it's going to look like you're hitting the target when you're not, and you're going to have planes running into each other way more than they should.

If the lag goes, I think 99% of our problems goes with it . . . now how to make the lag go is the hard part. If it were me, I would put all the tinkering with game timers, bomb weights, new planes, etc. on hold, and put 100% of my efforts into the lag issue, but that's Zup's load to shoulder, not mine.

Right it's more a lag and sync issues .when it was a straight line shooting game it kinda made up for the difference between lag and sync .you wernt shooting at where the plane might be or was you shot at the plane .again the drop was a great idea but just not working right .and if I might say this I swear some are still shooting on a line with no drop at all .I've seen plane coming straight at me flying in a flat line never moving or adjusting and round going straight by my plane .

laptop player ..mmmmm I struggled with head on attacks in df but cud do ok.....

here in elite it almost impossible head on....usually end 2/3 kills an 10/15 deths....

as pc player u ave to go slightly above an to 1 side off a head on plane ...an bank in2 them firing.....
but found pc controls on elite so sloppy ..u bank slow ..then it goes quick...

so u overshoot or undershoot enemy plane an gun site ends way off target....the timing between using keys an plane manoeuvre bad ....I have keep tryin line up this way wen facin head on plane..by time I actually nearly lined up target ..I always dead.....


also flyin fully upgraded top tier plane ...chasin basic enemy plane flown by a wing commander an he turns ..circles me an kills me .... no matter what manoeuvre I do ...his basic plane out flyin me..so cant even turnfight wen like this...getting so frustrated I usually end up back on df1...


I not askin u to make pc/laptop like it was on df1...as think maybe we had slight advantage in turnfight.....

just for u to tighten up controls so bit more responsive ......

that's cool that you are so judgmental on what "is obvious zup" thinks.

I replied to this question many times, I long ago adjusted the sensitivity on all platforms on Elite to closely match each other in answer to this request on several threads. I also said (on multiple occasions) that PC/MAC/Xbox players will run on different servers as soon as there are more players so that they don't have an unfair advantage with 52 inches tv and special professional joysticks. So there is no point and keep hitting a dead horse. But this topic just keeps coming up and up and up again.

Lag has nothing to do with accuracy. If you see an airplane in front of you and you shoot at the right spot, you hit it. The only difference is that instead of getting a "you've hit x" in 0.2 seconds, you may get it 3 seconds later. Lag = connection speed. It has nothing to do with physical collisions.

after months and months of pleading for some kind of adjustment and no response what other conclusion fits??

yes, i understand you are busy, but we have been waiting past update after update and yet we still get out turned by noob planes...

Don't get me wrong, Elite is awesome, the bullet drop, clouds and trees make for a very fun and challenging game... but to be 'hobbled' to this degree cancels that out and makes it no fun at all...

I'll keep checking in with fingers crossed for that someday...
