This is a moot point, because Zup already addressed many times why DF1 has to go away.

You may not want it to, but too bad it is. Just like those that enjoyed 8-track players, Sony Walkman, Betamax, and big hair bands of the 80's, nothing can stop the change of time.

I'm a little confused about the rest of it though . . . why wouldn't you be able to play?

For all the whining and complaining that has gone on in this forum, Elite is essentially the same game as DF1 with a fresh coat of paint. There is bullet drop, some trees, no cockpit view, you'll have more levels to earn MORAF, BUT you earn points for hits (not just kills), you get more planes to fly, it will run on a wider variety of systems for a much longer life span (whereas DF1 was quickly becoming unplayable on all systems).

There are a few bugs that still need to be worked out, but those can be; the list of things that could not be fixed anymore in DF1 was growing rapidly.

The only truly major difference is that you have to pay for the initial download. If you still don't want to subscribe after that, you can do the same song and dance you did when you did subscribe to DF1.

Hi do not dispute DF elite is not superior, it is because it does not run on my phone and if updated me DF1 I disappear I community! Although there are now very good games who does not play a pacman from time to time or listen to an album from vinyl or rock on with loud music with some band of the 1980s?

which phone do you have? because the game runs on phones that are even 4 years old...

Yeah that's a really bad phone. It has almost no RAM

I consider it a good phone even if it is true that it has low ram! I'm going to have to buy a Tablet! that RAM understand it! what I ask is to let the DF1 somewhere for us the nostalgic, because it is a game that I really like very much! Thank you for answering me Joaquin

512 ram... It basically loads have an app and runs out of memory since the OS already takes most of the ram.

I can't do miracles and Dogfight must die already. It's over 5 year old game.

Elite is definetly a better game. As I've noticed a lot of top players were ruling df but now the tables are turned hence the complaints. Gj zuperman & many thanks for a great game.

I removed the ram limitation from the store (I had enforced you had more than 512 to be able to download it), so in the update coming today you should be able to download it but I can't guarantee it will run well since it will hit the ram minimum pretty fast.

game runs on gingerbread too
