I told him not to do so, but he kept dropping bombs in my base. Eventually, he bombed 2 of his own hangers. Everyone told him not to do so many times and he kept saying "I don't need bomb". He made me so angry and I quit the game. How could he still in that game after being a traitor 2 times?

When someone does those nasty traitor things go to in game report and report them..but I think it falls back on the 3strikes and your out
