Sometimes the system takes a bit to register your payment, that is what I hear…but you should send an e mail to Zuperman / Juaquin so that he can fix the problem for you.

You should give him as much details as possible; like the date of purchase, hour, what device or platform you use to make the purchase and you’re in game nickname. Sorry about your inconvenience but I am sure once you send the e mail to Zuperman he will help you.
