If I purchase Elite on my android but do not play on android, and want to play on cpu (windows 8. somethin') can I ue i for all devices? Do I have to purchase for every different device??
All my $$ is on the google play store, so can I buy in the store... but buy it through the account while I'm on my cpu therefore loading it to my cpu?

You pay for your account. You can load the same account on more than one device. So you can pay on one and play on another.

I had a hard time making payments on my Kindle so I had my kid pay for me on his iPod. I gave him an iTunes card and let him have the change. Lol. Now I'm using my wife's iPad.

As McFate mentioned, you have to pay once for single account and play using any device. So you can go ahead paying your google account and play on windows/android/Apple devices.

Dognamitt, you pay once per platform the first time it is downloaded. So if you have 3 computers or 3 androids... it doesn't matter. You would pay only once per platform. Just remember to log into your same account: your google account for android or your windows account for windows 8.1. The store remembers all your purchases and it downloads them for free the second time.

Actually Dog, that might have been specifically for Elite beta? Idk. I have it on 2 devices... I guess I don't actually know if I paid on both. I don't think so.
